Using Brainsmith

By playing Brainsmith you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the game. Kids should play with a parent's or guardian's OK.

Play nice

• Don't use names or words meant to hurt, harass or offend other players.
• Don't try to break, overload or mess with the game, or get into games you weren't invited to.
• Only share a game's code or link with people you want to play with.

We may remove games or names that break these rules.

Your words

The names and words you type are yours. You let Brainsmith show them to the other players in your game and keep them so the game works, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

Our stuff

Brainsmith, its name, logo, artwork and game design belong to Padre Smitty Games. Please don't copy them or use them to make another product.

Brainsmith Plus

Brainsmith is free to play. If we add paid extras later, the price and what you get will be shown clearly before you buy, and these terms will be updated first.

No guarantees

We work hard to keep Brainsmith running, but it's provided "as is." Games may sometimes be slow, unavailable or lost, and features may change. As far as the law allows, Padre Smitty Games isn't responsible for any loss that comes from using the game.

Changes

We may update these terms now and then. When we do, we'll change the date at the top. Playing after a change means you accept the new terms.
